Our shops are equipped to repair all your jewels: welding, size adjustment of rings and bands, cleaning up and polishing, white gold plating, claws, setting diamonds and other stones, watch repair, setting and replacement of watch battery, bracelet, pendant and ring engraving, re-stringing of necklace and pearl bracelets, rhodium (finishing of white gold jewels) and assessment of claws (to be done annually).

We offer in-store battery change service. Usually changing a watch battery is done on the spot and only takes a few minutes.

We also offer the mesh adjustment service.

HORLOGES

Nous assurons également la réparation de tous types d’horloges, à l’exception des horloges de type grand‑père, dont l’entretien doit être effectué directement au domicile des clients. Les délais de réparation varient généralement entre quatre mois et un an, selon la complexité du travail requis et la disponibilité des pièces à commander.

Notre horloger, avec qui nous collaborons depuis de nombreuses années, passe régulièrement en magasin pour récupérer les horloges et effectuer les réparations dans son atelier.

La Forge d'Or recently added a laser engraving machine to their store!

Depending on the traffic, the engraving can be completed in a few minutes or within hours. In some cases, we will call you back as soon as your engraving is ready.

SOUDURES AU LASER

Avec notre machine de soudure au laser, nous pouvons effectué des soudures sur les métaux comme l'acier inoxydable. Cela nous permet, dans la plupart des cas, de réparer des bijoux ou même des montures de lunettes en métal.

Pour les réparations de lunettes, les verres ainsi que les coussinets de nez doivent être retirés au préalable par votre optométriste avant l’apport en magasin.

Les délais habituels pour ce type de réparation sont d’environ deux semaines.

ENFILAGE

Nous offrons un service de renfilage pour vos bracelets et colliers en perles ou en pierres. Nous prenons en charge les bijoux montés sur fil élastique, fil de soie, nylon ou fil métallique. Notre spécialiste peut refaire l’enfilage selon le modèle d’origine, avec ou sans nœuds, en réutilisant vos fermoirs ou en installant de nouveaux fermoirs au besoin.

Les délais habituels pour ce type de réparation sont également d’environ deux semaines.
